Nourishing Families, One Box at a Time

At Amalia’s Island Kitchen, we believe that access to fresh, healthy food is a right, not a privilege. Our Family Nourish Box Program delivers free boxes of nutritious produce, pantry staples, and meal inspiration to families in need throughout Orlando, St. Petersburg and Lakeland, FL. 

Each Nourish Box is carefully assembled with love and care — designed to help families prepare wholesome meals at home while promoting community wellness.

 

 

How It Works:

• We distribute Nourish Boxes year-round through community events and direct support.
• Seasonal drive-thru events bring Nourish Boxes directly into neighborhoods that need them most.
• Every box is packed with fresh produce, healthy staples, and recipe ideas.

How You Can Help:

• Volunteer to assemble or distribute Nourish Boxes
• Donate to help us reach more families
